At JPU Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Japanese music and merchandise. If your item is defective or arrives damaged, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
