How long does international shipping take?
International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.
Do you offer tracking on all orders?
Tracking is available for all 'Tracked' and 'Express' shipping options. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
What is your return policy for physical media?
We accept returns on CDs, Vinyl, and DVDs within 30 days of purchase, provided they are still in their original, unopened shrink-wrap. Faulty items can be returned for a full refund or replacement.
Are your CDs and Vinyl official releases?
Yes, JPU Records only sells 100% official, licensed products. We work directly with artists and labels in Japan to bring authentic editions to the international market.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure checkout experience.
Do I have to pay import duties?
Customers outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient.
